Wilbur Rogan, nicknamed Bullet or Bullet Joe, was born July 28, 1889 in Oklahoma City, OK. An outstanding pitcher with a tremendous fastball, a fine curve, and good control, “BulĀlet” Rogan was a star for the Kansas City Monarchs for almost twenty years.
